• Creative Thinking – what ways can resource efficiency be increased, waste reduced and money saved? How can we get people to think and act differently?
• Partnership Connecting – how can we create optimum synergies by bringing together different partners, either through peer connections or by moving up and down the decision making chain?
• Selecting – can the optimum environmental option in use of resources be considered and selected?
• Doing – how can new, sustainable and environmentally friendly ideas be put into action?

Partnership working is key and core to Urban Mines' way of working. We always aim to provide detailed consultancy support at best value.

To ensure we provide the breadth of expertise and support demanded by the sector, we can draw upon the support of Associates, sub-contractors and partnered Consultancies to augment our own skill set, and give the full range of support you would get from the majors – but more cost effectively. We only use such support when it adds value.

All sub-contractors we use have been fully assessed and approved by us, and we always take full responsibility for their input and effectiveness – they give support seamlessly as part of the Urban Mines Team. Importantly for us, all our partners share our philosophy and are committed to improving resource management.
