Urban Mines is Customer First Standard Bearer for fourth time in a row

One of the first companies to achieve compliance against the Customer First quality assurance framework in 2003, Urban Mines Ltd have again been shown to be "Putting the Customer First".

Putting the Customer First ® is the National Standard for Customer Service. Of benefit to all service deliverers, Customer First has been achieved by hundreds of organisations in both the public and private sectors, nationwide. In a nutshell, Customer First offers a proven methodology to help organisations achieve and maintain customer service excellence.

 

Urban Mines completed a rigorous re-assessment in February 2010 and passed again with flying colours, giving 7 years of continuous compliance. This reflects the organisation's commitment to continual improvement in support of it's customers, clients, funders and partners. Our next assessment is in February 2012.
